  • Abbey church 800 m²: 450 people seated, 550 standing. Monks' dormitory 200 m²: 150 people seated, 200 standing. Gardens 500 m²: hackberry esplanade and walled gardens: 700 people standing, 500 people seated. Cloister 300 m²: 250 people standing 130 people seated. Ground floor of the converse building (heated): 42 people seated or 80 standing. Dormitory terraces: 19 people seated or standing.

  • Indoor areas (abbey church, monks' dormitory and ground floor of the converses' building) as well as gardens, dormitory terraces and cloister

  • All year round in the evening (after the monument is closed to the public). Please note: the abbey does not organise cocktail parties.

  • Car park in the immediate vicinity of the abbey

Presentation

Situated in the heart of the Var region, the Cistercian abbey of Le Thoronet is set in an exceptionally well-preserved and authentic green setting, less than fifteen minutes from the Le Luc motorway exit.
